again google antigravity err even after creating new account
by the way using free tier
Hi @subrata_biswas,
Welcome to the Forum.
Personal @gmail.com accounts on the Free tier do not require a paid license. Error #3501 still appears even after creating a new Google account when your machine has cached enterprise routing from an older session, when a newly created account hasn’t completed age verification, or when a network/regional restriction blocks the connection.
Please try these steps to resolve it:
-
Manually Install the Latest Version & Reset Your Session:
- Relying on the in-app updater can sometimes leave stale authentication tokens behind. Download and install the latest version (v2.5.5) manually from antigravity.google/download.
- Reset your login session based on the tool you are using, and sign back in with your personal
@gmail.com account (do not select Enterprise, Workspace SSO, or Google Cloud options):
- Antigravity IDE: Press
Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+P (macOS) and run Antigravity: Reset Onboarding.
- Antigravity 2.0: Go to Settings > Account > Sign Out, close the app completely, and sign back in.
- Antigravity CLI: Run
/logout and then /login.
-
Clear Local Cached Auth State (If Switching Accounts Still Fails):
- If your machine cached an invalid routing state, switching to a new account will still fail until the local cache is cleared. Close Antigravity completely, remove
AGY_ADC_AUTH if set in your environment variables, and delete these folders before signing in again:
- Windows:
%APPDATA%\Antigravity and %USERPROFILE%\.gemini
- macOS:
~/Library/Application Support/Antigravity and ~/.gemini
- Linux:
~/.config/Antigravity and ~/.gemini
-
Check Age Verification & Region/VPN Settings (Official FAQ):
- New Account Age Verification: Brand-new Google accounts often trigger
#3501 until they are verified as 18+. Please confirm your account is verified at Google Account Age Verification.
- Region & VPNs: Confirm your account country at Google Terms of Service is in our supported regions, and disable any active VPN, proxy, or firewall so the app connects over a direct network.
