Hi team,
My account is stuck on Antigravity Starter Quota despite an active Google AI Pro subscription. The error shown in Settings is: “This account is ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time.”
I have completed every documented remediation step, including the full three-folder wipe from the recent moderator guidance, with no change. I am requesting a manual entitlement resync for my account UID.
Environment
- Antigravity 2.9.1 (Hub app, Windows 11 x64)
- Electron 41.0.2 / Chrome 146.0.7680.72
- Persistent installation UUID: e1e24814-fc5d-48e2-8fdb-51b4b417740d
- Account: s********@gmail.com (personal Gmail, not Workspace)
- Region: Germany (supported); age verified
Subscription status
- Google AI Pro (5 TB), €21.99/month, active
- Currently set to non-renewing with an end date of 11 Sep 2026; I intend to renew on that date
- Pro entitlement is recognised correctly in the Gemini app and other Google services — only Antigravity fails to see it
- This worked normally in Antigravity for months before breaking recently
Current state
- Plan: Antigravity Starter Quota
- Gemini Models: 0% weekly limit remaining, refreshes in ~6 days 19 hours
- Claude and GPT models: 0% weekly limit remaining, refreshes in ~6 days 21 hours
Remediation already performed (no effect)
- Signed out and back in; confirmed the correct account
- Revoked Antigravity under Google Account → Third-party apps & connections
- Cleared Google cookies and site data, All time
- Signed out of all other Google accounts in the browser
- Deleted %APPDATA%\Antigravity
- Deleted %USERPROFILE%.antigravity
- Renamed %USERPROFILE%.gemini
- Removed Antigravity/Google entries from Windows Credential Manager
- Confirmed a new persistent installation UUID was generated, i.e. the client re-registered as a clean install

Authentication itself succeeds, but the loadCodeAssist entitlement lookup does not return my Pro tier. The admin controls not applicable error immediately following successful auth may be relevant — I am an individual user with no GCP project or enterprise configuration, and enterpriseGcpProjectId is empty.
This appears to match the cluster of entitlement desync reports from the past two weeks. Could someone please force a server-side entitlement refresh on my UID? Happy to provide any further diagnostics.
Thank you.
