I’m a Google Antigravity user for a roughly a week now and it’s a terrible experience. After just a few requests the first shock. Quota exceeded on Claude with a seven day cooldown. I wasn’t happy but Gemini 3 was okay so I continued.
For an hour or so. All of a sudden I couldn’t use 3 pro anymore. Unreliable 3.1 pro was forced onto me. So I continued using that. For a few hours. Until I got another Quota message and it announced a 5 day cooldown. 5 days? At this point I double checked if I had actually subscribed to a pro account and discovered this forum.
Turns out Google really isn’t interested in making their customers happy. The number of complaints and the absolute ignorance about this is shocking.
Since then I just make the best out of my remaining time as a pro user: I work for an hour with the flash model until I have to wait for some hours until it let’s me continue. The flash model. With a generous free tier. Makes me wait for hours as a pro user. I don’t even know what to say anymore. Who is making these decisions?
Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. Please be assured that I have shared your feedback with our internal team for further review. We appreciate your continued patience as we work to enhance the Antigravity experience.
After experiencing faster quota refresh for a couple of days I’m now back waiting for 130+ hours on all models but flash. It’s okay to limit the quota but how is every quota reset a dice roll? I never know how much of my quota will be restored after the next refresh and how long I will have to wait for the next one
And flash runs into errors every few seconds cause your servers are busy. in the meantime my colleague can work with no restrictions on his free account? I don’t understand why you do not prioritize paying customers. And I don’t understand why you do not offer paying customers to use models that are actually reliable. 3.1 will often go in circles or even destroy my code base. 3.0 was definitely better than 3.1 and Claude just gets shit done in a couple of minutes.
But why is this? Im super close to just switching to Claude now since I literally cant use Antigravity even though Im paying for Pro. I dont understand what is going on and why you have taken my money, will you ensure I get a refund for the time Im not able to use the service I paid for?
You’re in the wrong place if that’s what you want. Google as a whole–in my experience–doesn’t care about even paying customers if they’re small. If you aren’t a part of a corporate relationship, expect nothing no matter how much you pay.
