Antigravity likes to create scratch programs in a dedicated scratch directory, eg:
./.gemini/antigravity/brain//scratch
./.gemini/antigravity-cli/brain//scratch
But it asks for permission to remove them when they are no longer deemed necessary. This stops the agent while it waits for approval on ‘rm’.
I have not found a way to auto-approve/allow this.
