Interestingly - I got an email that I needed to switch from postpay to prepay today.
I’m not a heavy user, BUT… I had a $21 some odd credit balance on my account. When I switched to Prepay - it made me make a prepayment, and after competing the process, the $21 was gone (only the new payment).
I imagine that could be very troublesome for some people.

Hey @aspectmin and anyone who finds themselves here, turns out your account got split in two. One for prepay and another for postpay . They do not share the balance you had before. I had to dig to find it then got a refund which I then loaded into the prepay. Go here https://payments.google.com/gp/w/u/0/home/subscriptionsandservices and you’ll see them both
