Therefore, I feel the promised free credits are a fraud. I then tried to refund my remaining balance, which now showed IDR 108k. But apparently, I can’t. It stated I could only request IDR 24k, excusing it by saying it needed to retain funds so my service would continue running. It forced me to keep a service I no longer want.
