Critical regressions and stability issues since v1.16.5 — Ultra subscriber feedback

I’ve been an Antigravity Ultra subscriber for a while, and I want to share my experience with the regression issues that have appeared since v1.16.5. I stayed on that version to avoid them, but today Antigravity forced me to update to v1.19.6.

Issues observed after v1.16.5:

Chat history loss — Entire conversation histories disappear randomly. This is the most critical issue — it destroys workflow continuity.
“Always Run” not working — Terminal commands still prompt for manual approval even when Turbo Mode and “Always Proceed” are both enabled.
Browser tasks ignore “Always Proceed” — Same issue as above but for browser-based actions. Every action requires a manual click to approve.
Extension crashes — Several extensions crash or fail to load on the latest version. This could be due to breaking API changes.
Silent workflow folder migration — The workflow directory was changed from global_workflows to .agent/workflows with no migration tool, no changelog mention, and no user notification.
After the forced update to v1.19.6:

I’m now back to manually clicking “Run” and “Allow” for every single terminal command and browser action, despite having all auto-proceed settings enabled. It feels like a major step backward in productivity.

As a paying Ultra subscriber, I expect at least basic regression testing between releases. These aren’t edge cases — they’re core workflow features that worked fine in v1.16.5.

Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Has the team acknowledged them?

I have the same issue regarding the chat history loss. very annoying.
