I am experiencing severe infrastructure and synchronization issues with my Google AI Studio build project that make it impossible to use or export. I need engineering assistance to reset or resolve the stuck Cloud Run service.

Corrupted Streaming / Interface Lag:
- The AI Studio chat interface has become severely lagging and unresponsive on both iPad (Safari) and Windows (Chrome/Edge).
- The chat view intermittently dumps raw backend command logs,
git showoutputs, and internal action streams directly into the user-facing chat window.

Export / Download Failure:
- I am unable to export or download my project ZIP file. The UI export option is inaccessible/failing, and direct file download endpoints trigger redirect warning loops or blank responses due to ingress proxy blocks.

Could an engineer please inspect this applet, reset the stuck Cloud Run revision for service ais-pre-6prgxcx4kttqeybqfbo3gj in europe-west2, and clear the corrupted session cache?
This technical issue has blocked my development for two days and prevents me from deploying my custom domain or considering paid upgrades.
