Critical Bug: Usage Reset but Refresh Timer Jumped to 6 Days (Gemini & Claude)

Hi support team,

I am reporting a severe bug regarding the model quota system.

Yesterday (March 17th):

  • Gemini 3.1 Pro: Showed only a few hours remaining until refresh.

  • Claude/GPT Models: One bar of usage was recorded (I had used it slightly).

Today (March 18th):

  • Usage Data Cleared: Without any further usage, the Claude/GPT usage bar has been reset to empty (0).

  • Timer Jumped: Despite the usage being cleared, the refresh timer for all models (Gemini & Claude) has suddenly jumped to 6 days and 20 hours.

It seems like the system performed a partial reset (clearing usage history) but incorrectly pushed the next refresh date far into the future instead of granting immediate access.

I have attached a screenshot of my current dashboard. Could you please investigate why my access has been delayed by nearly a week despite zero recent usage?

I’m having the same issue - 3.1 Pro (High and Low) both went from refresh in 30 minutes (with 60% left) to refresh in 6 days 18 hours.

This is ridiculous and is obviously a way to force folks to move from the Pro to the Ultra tier or force them to buy extra credits - unless this is actually a bug and needs to be resolved?
