I am experiencing a severe and widespread issue with Google AI Studio today (September 19, 2026). The platform has become completely unstable, and key models are missing or malfunctioning.
Key Issues Observed:

Gemini 2.5 Pro Missing: The Gemini 2.5 Pro model has completely disappeared from the model selector drop-down menu in the AI Studio Playground UI.

Audio/Voiceover Models Broken: All voiceover and text-to-speech (TTS) functionalities are failing. Attempting to generate audio results in continuous errors (e.g.,
No audio generated/ streaming failure), and modifying audio settings (like Pace) completely freezes or bricks the UI. -
Playground UI Bricked: The playground interface frequently fails to load model options, system prompts, or parameters correctly, rendering the workspace unusable.
Troubleshooting Already Done:

Verified across multiple accounts (4+ separate Google accounts).

Tested on multiple fresh browser profiles and incognito sessions with cleared cache/cookies.

Tested across 4 different hardware devices and completely separate network environments (different ISPs and locations).
Since this issue is replicated across different accounts, devices, and networks, this is clearly a global server-side outage or a critical deployment regression in the AI Studio backend.
Could the engineering team please acknowledge this outage and provide an update on when a fix or rollback will be deployed?
