Hello,
Our development team is completely blocked today (June 9, 2026) by a severe infrastructure bug with the Antigravity IDE.
I own two separate paid Pro subscriptions. After my first account hit its temporary limit, the IDE instantly locked both accounts with a multi-day countdown (showing a refresh date on 06/10/2026). My second account has not even been used today, but because they belong to the same Google Family Group, the quota management seems completely broken.
Furthermore, my colleagues working in the same office and sharing our corporate IP address are experiencing the exact same “Baseline model quota reached” lockout simultaneously.
Key Technical Evidence (attached screenshots):
-
The IDE is displaying an internal error in the bottom-left corner: “Server returned 500 - Source: Update Service”. It seems the authentication/token validation server is down, preventing the IDE from verifying my second Pro subscription status.
-
The IDE is also throwing an “Our servers are experiencing high traffic” error.
-
The account menu shows a duplicate session bug, listing my profile name twice (“Adel BENYOUB” and “Adel Benyoub”).
Since we are on a secure corporate network, we cannot change our IP address. Could an engineer please check the Update Service (Error 500) outage and manually clear/whitelist our professional accounts?
Thank you for your urgent assistance.
