In my submission, I am using copyrighted music as a background that the music artist allows to be used on YouTube even though I won’t be able to monetize the video.
Does this violate this section of the rules and restrictions @Lloyd_Hightower ?
“By submitting a video with corresponding code, You warrant that Your Submission: • does not contain any content that infringes on any third party intellectual Property (IP) rights, and that You own or otherwise have all rights necessary for the Submission including any and all IP rights; • does not disclose any information which would constitute a violation of a confidentiality obligation”
