Continuous Quota Limit Error / Need Immediate Assistance

I am writing this because I am under a lot of stress due to a persistent “Quota Limit” error. Despite not having used my allocated quota at all, the system claims I have run out of usage and tells me to wait until next week for a reset.

Even after waiting, as soon as the “new week” begins, the system immediately shows the same error again, saying I’ve already exhausted my limit. This loop is preventing me from using the service entirely, and it is severely hindering my ongoing projects.

I have already tried reaching out via email multiple times, but I haven’t received a proper solution. As a user based in South Korea, I find it very difficult to find an official support channel for my region, which adds to my frustration.

Could you please investigate why my account is stuck in this “Quota Exhausted” loop? I need a clear solution to resolve this so I can resume my work. Also, any guidance on how Korean users can receive more direct support would be greatly appreciated.
