I built DeepLedger and put together a setup guide for connecting Gemini Spark to QuickBooks Online through a custom MCP connection.
A useful first check is a dated P&L: confirm the QuickBooks company, ask for the reporting period and accounting basis you want, then compare the result with QuickBooks. From there, the agent can use supported tools to record bills, expenses, invoices, payments and journal entries, or help prepare month-end work.
For an invoice workflow, the agent can work from readable source documents, check existing QuickBooks records, and prepare the missing bills. Questions become review tasks in the DeepLedger portal. Approved accounting decisions become company memory for later work.
It also supports multiple connected QBO companies. The active company should be confirmed before each accounting task.

DeepLedger is my paid product. I’m sharing the integration and would welcome feedback on the connection flow and how accounting tasks are presented in Gemini.
