Welcome to the Tensorflow Forum,

AFAIK, there is no functionality available in Core Tensorflow. However you can refer to TensorFlow Addons [tfa.layers.CRF &nbsp;|&nbsp; TensorFlow Addons](https://www.tensorflow.org/addons/api_docs/python/tfa/layers/CRF).
