Codex Diff tab crashes with “Oops, an error has occurred” in Google Antigravity

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the Codex/ChatGPT integration in Google Antigravity.

When an agent is actively making changes and I open the Codex Diff tab to view the live file edits, the view immediately crashes and displays:

“Oops, an error has occurred.”

Claude model diffs render normally in the same environment, so the issue appears specific to the Codex Diff webview.

Environment:

  • IDE: Google Antigravity
  • Integration: Codex / ChatGPT
  • Issue: Codex Diff view crashes during live agent execution

Has anyone encountered this, or is there a known workaround? I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

  • The Antigravity version you are using?
  • The Operating System you are using?
  • If it is possible, could you please share a reproduction steps to reproduce this issue or the screen recording to reproduce the error?
