Claude Usage Reset Now Takes 3 Days on Google Pro Plan — Policy Change?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently on the Antigravity Google Pro plan.

Recently, I noticed that Claude’s usage limit reset is taking about 3 days, whereas it used to reset much faster before.

Has there been a recent policy or system change regarding Claude usage limits?

Or is anyone else experiencing the same delay?

Just wanted to check if this is expected behavior now.

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Damn also just got hit with this as well

Google is being super non-transparent on the limits as well as the timeline for these limits
Google is definitely not trustworthy. I’ll be moving away from their products as I can’t have it be this unreliable with how they behave.

Another thread on this: Sudden jump from 5-hour reset to 4-day wait?

also my GPT-OSS model limit also did the same (haven’t used it once)

I also getting same issue on 20 Jan.

I asked Gemini and it seems that there is a weekly limit on the pro plan.

Yep, got hit with this as well. At this point, might as well go back to whatever IDE you used before since our “generous 5-hour quota” is not a thing anymore apparently. Disappointing lack of transparency and rug pulling going on here.

Just for a little clarity: Yes, it’s pretty scummy that they changed things mid-cycle and without transparency.

But, just so you know, this also isn’t new, and has not replaced the 5hr quota. This was added a fair while ago, and is a second ( weekly ) quota. The fact that it has taken you this long to notice it, means it shouldn’t matter much for you. For Opus it does mean you need to ration its usage, but relatively speaking it’s still a decent price. ( Ignoring the other issues, which is a separate discussion. )

Roughly ( I don’t know specific numbers ) you can get the equivalent of about 2 5hr quota per weekday, per week.

I believe they want to utilize their models first and discourage Claude.

It’s a login issue in IDE. Check Output → Antigravity, it will show it failed to log in.
