Clarification on Gemini API TTS used offline for pre-rendered children’s YouTube videos

I am an adult creator using the Gemini API only as a private, offline production tool to generate TTS audio.

Minors never access, interact with, or send requests to the Gemini API. The API is not integrated into the YouTube video, website, app, or any other child-facing service.

The generated audio is incorporated offline into a pre-rendered animated video. Only the finished MP4 is uploaded to YouTube, where the video is directed at children ages 2–4.

Would this workflow be considered using the Gemini API as part of an “API Client” directed toward or likely to be accessed by individuals under 18 under the Age Requirements of the Gemini API Additional Terms?

In other words, does the age restriction apply when Gemini API is used solely as an internal production tool and minors only consume the resulting pre-rendered media, with no access to or interaction with the API?

If this forum cannot provide an authoritative interpretation, could you please direct me to the appropriate Google contact or support channel for clarification?
