I created a reporter picture with AI and generate a combined picture of the person and a picture of real persons (no celebrities) in a sports reporting scene with gemini-2.5-flash-image.
Then veo (veo-3.1-fast-generate-preview) should create a video with the prompt:“Create a short, cinematic football broadcast interview video. Scene: A modern football TV studio mixed with pitch-side atmosphere. Stadium lights, subtle crowd ambience, professional sports broadcast look. The reporter smiles warmly and speaks directly to him in an enthusiastic but respectful tone: “Was für eine Leistung von dir! Du hast das Quiz dominiert. Dein Fußball-Wissen ist auf einem anderen Level — klar der bessere Spieler heute. Sometimes it works, sometimes i get: “Sorry, we can’t create videos from input images containing celebrity or their likenesses. Please remove the reference and try again.” which blocks me from going live as i don’t want to handle complaints of failing video creations.
In the end veo complains about a picture which was generated by gemini-2.5-flash-image which makes no sense to me and is right now very frustrating as it costs me time and money (picture generation) and i get no result.
