Hello,
I am unable to access the Google Account that I used for Google AI Studio and Nano Banana.
When I try to sign in, I receive the message:
“Google couldn’t verify that this account belongs to you.”
I have already completed Google’s account recovery process three times. Each time, I correctly entered the verification code and waited for 48 hours, but after the waiting period I still received the same message and could not access my account.
I do not have any device that is currently signed in to this Google Account.
This Google Account was used regularly for Google AI Studio and Nano Banana, and I urgently need to regain access.
Could someone from the Google AI Studio team please advise whether this case can be reviewed or escalated to the appropriate team?
I can provide the account email address and any other information needed through a private message if required.
