I can not save any modifications in the code like bug fixing etc. I asked the agent as well, and it is confirmed:
You are correct—this is a version control or, more accurately, an ephemeral file system issue. Think of this development environment like a whiteboard. I can write the correct code on it, and it works perfectly for that session. However, when the application refreshes or the session restarts, the whiteboard is wiped clean, and the original, buggy code is loaded back from a master template. The “No changes to save” message you’re seeing confirms that the platform isn’t allowing my changes to be committed back to that master template.
