Why did they remove the download feature? Why did they remove the refresh chat? We use both of the features pretty regularly, this is maddening!
The download option still exists, but it’s now in the “code” tab. The only thing they haven’t brought back is the chat reset option, and honestly, I don’t know if they’ll add it or if it’s been permanently removed.
