I’m reporting a bug with the new AI credits system. I’ve been a ai Ultra user since Jan and I’m currently working under tight deadlines.
The issue: I have 9,474 AI credits remaining (out of 25,000), but the system won’t let me use them. After my baseline quota runs out, the “send message” button stays disabled and I see an error saying I need “at least 50 AI credits” — despite having 9,474. Before this update, the message said “at least undefined AI credits,” confirming this is a software bug.
Urgency: These credits are approaching expiration and I will lose them entirely without ever being able to use them.
This bug forced me to pay for an alternative service (Claude Code) to meet my deadlines. I respectfully ask for:

Immediate fix so I can access my credits before they expire

Proportional compensation for credits lost due to this bug

Review of credit consumption — credits were deducted to finish fewer than 4 completions that had already started under the baseline quota, which seems excessive
Could you please look into this as a matter of urgency?
