Same issue here. I’m unable to upgrade my tier, and we’ve been dealing with persistent 429 errors for two days straight in production. I was forced to temporarily switch to the OpenAI API just to keep our services running and not leave our customers stranded.

My project was also silently downgraded from Tier 3 to Tier 1. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!
