[Bug Report] Locked out by Error 253 (Quota sync bug) - Requesting Manual Reset

Hi Moderators,

I am experiencing a sudden lockout with “Error code 253: The number of requests sent exceeds the quota limit” when using [Google AI Studio / Gemini API / Google Flow].

I haven’t exceeded my actual usage limits, and it appears my account is affected by the ongoing backend quota synchronization bug.

Here are my details:

  • Service affected: [Google AI Studio / Gemini API / Google Flow]
  • Account Tier: [Pro / Ultra ]

Could a moderator please trigger a manual quota reset or refresh the synchronization flag for my account?

Thanks for the report & apologies. We don’t believe this issue ever affected AI Studio / Gemini API. This is now confirmed as fixed in Flow.
