Bug Report: Flow API Queue Deadlock & Persistent 403 Unusual Activity Lockout

I am currently experiencing a severe backend queue deadlock in Google Flow (Veo 3.1) that has completely locked my account out of video generation.

The Symptoms:

  • Ghost Queue: I currently have approximately 25 video generations permanently stuck in the “queuing” state.

  • No UI Override: There is no mechanism in the frontend to manually cancel or clear these hanging jobs. When I try to cancel, the system says it will refund the credits, but when I refresh the page, the jobs are still queuing.

  • Hard Lockout: Every new generation attempt now immediately fails or triggers a false-positive 403 “Unusual Activity Detected” security flag.

Local environment resets (full cache purges, Incognito testing) provide no relief, confirming the corrupted session state is entirely server-side.

Could an engineer please perform a manual backend flush of my pending queue to clear the deadlocked jobs and reset my account’s session token? Would greatly appreciate it, as currently working on something, and it would help to be able to continue.

Many thanks in advance!
