[BUG] Project stuck on Tier 1 Quotas despite verified Tier 3 Status - Sync Error

Hi Team,

I am reporting a synchronization failure between my GCP Billing account and AI Studio.

The Symptoms:

  • My project is linked to a Tier 3 Postpay billing account.

  • I hit daily rate limits every evening (consistent with the 1,500 requests/day Tier 1 limit).

  • GCP Billing Support (Case: 2026-04-21-…) confirmed my account is in good standing but cannot manually refresh the AI Studio sync.

The Evidence:
I have verified via gcloud beta quotas info that Tier 3 quotas are active on the GCP side for this project (e.g., GenerateContentPaidTierInputTokensPerModelPerMinute-PaidTier3 is provisioned). However, AI Studio is not recognizing this and is enforcing Tier 1 limits.

Can an engineer please manually refresh the synchronization
