Hello, my AI Studio account has been hit by the stuck TPM bug. My Gemini 3 Pro quota has been frozen at 15.04M / 8M for several days. Because I am on a paid tier (tier 3), I cannot simply migrate to a new project without losing my tier status. Could an engineer please manually clear the locked state for my project?
