Bug: "Model Quota Reached" after 5 MINUTES on New Business Plus AI Ultra Plan in Antigravity

Issue Description: I am reporting a critical bug regarding quota enforcement on the Google Workspace Business AI Ultra plan. Despite upgrading my organization today and only using the “Antigravity” interface for approximately 5 minutes, I have been completely cut off by a quota error.

Error Message:

“Model quota reached. Your plan’s baseline quota will refresh on 3/4/2026, 7:56:06 PM. You are subscribed to the best Workspace plan.”

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Upgraded to Business AI Ultra plan (approx. $170 USD).

  2. Initiated a session in Antigravity (using Claude 4.6 via the Workspace integration).

  3. After 5 minutes of basic planning (no heavy codebase processing), the system locked and displayed the quota refresh date for 7 days in the future.

Support Interaction: I have contacted Workspace Support and went through two tiers of agents. The second agent confirmed the following:

  • This is a known issue being reported by a “significant number of users.”

  • No current ETA for a fix was provided.

Context: We have another company entity using the exact same plan with the same configuration that is working perfectly. This appears to be a provisioning error where new subscriptions are being tagged with “Expired” or “Baseline” quotas instead of the Ultra tier limits.

Request: Is anyone else experiencing this “7-day lockout” immediately after purchasing an Ultra plan?

Everyone with Ultra is currently being recognized as a free user.
Yesterday it worked intermittently; currently, it’s completely broken.
We need to wait for the update

Yes, I hit the limit with all models today without using them in my ultra plan. Need to get work done, but everything screams for claude code tbh.
Since over one month no fix for the quota issue from maybe the largest tech company in the world?

I see. Good to know that I am not alone, I almost got a heart attack
