# Bug: "Error loading apps" on My apps page

Hello, I’m encountering a persistent “Error loading apps” issue when I click on ‘My apps’ in Google AI Studio.

- **Issue:** The screen freezes or shows “Error loading apps.”

- **What I tried:** I cleared the cache, refreshed, and tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and incognito mode, but the issue persists. Creating a new app works, but I cannot access my existing project list.

- **Account details:** `...@gmail.com`

Please help me recover access to my apps.
