Hi,
I am experiencing an account entitlement issue with Antigravity IDE.
I am logged in with my Google account that has an active paid subscription (Google AI Ultra). However, when I go to the Quotas screen in Antigravity IDE, the system mistakenly identifies my account as “Antigravity Starter Quota” and displays a message saying the account is “ineligible for higher rate limits through a Google AI plan at this time”. This should not happen, since my account is paid and should have access to the higher quotas associated with the Google AI plan.
I have already tried:
- Logging out and logging in again
- Clicking refresh on the quotas screen
- Confirming that the logged-in account is exactly the same one that holds the paid subscription
The issue persists.
My system: Windows 11
Antigravity IDE version: 2.1.1
Other users with Google AI Ultra and Google AI Pro have reported the same behavior, so this appears to be a bug in the entitlement recognition on the service side.

Since your client is already updated to version 2.1.1, the issue points to a known backend desynchronization bug where the Code Assist servers fail to identify your active subscription entitlement.
Please try forcing an onboarding reset by opening the command palette (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + P), selecting “Antigravity: Reset Onboarding,” and executing it to clear the corrupted state.
If this fails, try signing in with a standard free Gmail account to see if it bypasses the broken eligibility check.
If the local resets do not restore your limits, initiate a ticket via the Google One Help Console- Google One Help .
To help narrow down the cause, are you currently logging into the IDE using a managed corporate Workspace account, or is this happening on a personal profile?
Same issue here! Reset onboardin did not solve it! Both in Antigravity and Antigravity IDE wrongly showing basic plan. We gonna cancel our AI Plus plan, if this not resolved quickly!
@arqmedes_ia Are you on a Workspace plan with an AI Add-on? Then this is what you’d see after the add-ons got cancelled. Happened to us, and I hate it.
Basically, as a company – no matter if Enterprise oder SMB – the only option you have going forward is consumption-based pricing via API. In my case, judging by the experience of the first couple of days, it means a cost increase x 10.
At the same time they killed Anthropic models for business usage. and while Flash 3.5 is not bad at coding, it’s an input token trap engaging in research for everything in all corners like a dog puppy.
We are considering the switch to Claude Teams as we speak. Don’t mind rate limits as much as I despise pay as you go payments for blackbox computing.
