[BUG] 162h lockout after minimal agentic session with 0% quota used (Ref: AG-859)

Hello,

I’m experiencing a 162-hour lockout after a single agentic session that only performed read operations — no heavy code generation.

Account: Personal Gmail (Google AI Pro)
CLI version: Antigravity CLI 1.0.0
Date: 2026-05-20

What happened:

Before the session, antigravity-usage showed 100% remaining on all models. The session consisted exclusively of:

  • Reading files (Read, ListDir, Search)
  • Engram memory queries (mem_search, mem_get_observation)
  • One git merge via MCP
  • A subagent for distillation (vault note updates)

No large code generation, no refactors, no multi-file writes.

At the end of the session, I received:

⚠ Individual quota reached. Contact your administrator to enable overages. Resets in 162h49m48s.

Problems with this:

  1. This is a personal Gmail account — there is no administrator.
  2. antigravity-usage showed 100% on all models immediately before the session.
  3. The session workload does not justify a 7-day lockout by any reasonable metric.
  4. The 162h reset does not match the documented 5-hour sprint reset.

This matches the AG-859 pattern of disproportionate lockouts triggered by agentic tool calls rather than actual token consumption.
