I still have some credits from prepay but cannot use it over 5 Euros. Can you do something I’d like to use it fully !

Looks like everyone are having issues with this
Basically not really, but the real reason which I found myself was that I no longer had credits on my end. It displayed the wrong information.
Let’s say you purchase 10 euros prepaid (here example for France), it displays 10 euros, but you don’t have 10 euros to spend; you basically have 8.20 euros (something like that) because of VAT.
So all the displays and counters are off. Over 30 euros prepaid, it’s almost 5 euros off for me.
