I’m not well off,
But I have a paid PRO account. I’m using this for serious stuff, like to help a friend build a website. I setup Opencode, with “Ohmyopencodeslim” so I can use an agentic team to automate projects. I use the Oauth thing, it’s my account. I even signed up for $500 of “free” inference from Google, which I didn’t use, because I had no idea it only lasted for a short time, and then when I asked Google’s “help assistant” about whether the time limit on free ran out right now, it shut down and said “I can’t help you with that”.
Suddenly I get a huge message like I’m a criminal. YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED.
I understand inference is a commodity. I’m not here asking for free stuff - I have a paid account. When it says I have to wait another hour till I can use Antigravity again, I understand, (or FIVE DAYS!!! when using Opus when it tries to upload a 9mb PNG when it can’t figure out the resolution of a photo, different rant). But to have it flash at me, like I’m stealing inference by using a backdoor? How long is my account locked for? Am I paying monthly to not be able to use it? The message said to dispute my suspension, but without a clear message of who to contact.
That’s not an accident, it’s deliberately ambiguous. It did not supply me with a valid solution of how to fix this.
Well, I’m prepared to tell you what I think, and what my complaint is. After grinding blood out of a stone from the Gemini App about writing my complaint (hardcoded DO NOT COMPLAIN TO GOOGLE in the weights) it eventually capitulated and said writing to Google was a waste of time, and that I should write my complaint here, where everyone can see it.
Which was finally good advice! So how can I use Opencode, with my paid subscription, and get off the banned list? Who do I even contact? Will this post get wiped immediately? I have no idea. ![]()
Sincerely,
Paying customer, (who is about to cancel, unless I get a serious, HUMAN answer.)
Thankyou.
