Google is aware of the situation that is unfolding and the wrath of Ultra plan subscribers who was basically baited then switched.
So, for the record: Google has enabled zero-confirmation refund for any Ultra plan transactions. So basically, the moment you issue the refund request from https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory , it will be instantly granted.
My refund request is immediately denied by Google. So what you said is not true. My Ultra subscription has been banned for about 20 days from using Google Antigravity and Gemini Cli. However, they still rejected my refund request.
Assuming a account that’s been flagged for ToS violations might not be eligible and you’ll have to go through another channel for that specific case.
I actually prefer extending my subscription for 20 days instead of refund, if they fix the “Our servers are experiencing high traffic right now, please try again in a minute.” issue.
That’s what i intended… more than one month ago. These issues started to appear 2 weeks into my previous subscription period, and i figured it got sorted - it’s Google after all. But, one a half month later, things have only gotten worse and what the looks of it, they are adding further limits instead of addressing any of the problems. The product we signed up for, doesn’t exist any more and unless the Google AI team decides some new radical direction, then Antigravity will end up at killedbygoogle.com
