Autocomplete stops working, quota limit met (inaccurate) on ultra plan

My autocomplete has stopped working (again) after about 3 hours of use. I have an Ultra plan ($250/mo). It shows every model has reached capacity and needs 5 hours to refresh, even though I haven’t used the agent and have just used minimal amount of tab autocomplete. I have tried signing in and out. The model timers aren’t even decrementing - they’ve sat at 4h59m for over 15 minutes. Looks like other users have this issue, this is really frustrating for the price point I’m paying.
