Appeal: Antigravity Disabled on Active Pro Account (Form Submitted, Need Manual Review)

Hi Antigravity & Google Team,

My account (cr**********@gmail.com) was recently suspended from Antigravity / Gemini CLI with the message:
“This service has been disabled in this account for violation of Terms of Service.”

Here are the details regarding my account and issue:

  1. Account Status:
I am an active paid Pro subscriber. The suspension prevents me from utilizing the development services included with my subscription.

  2. Actions Taken:

    • I have already filled out and submitted the official Appeal Form multiple times over the past few days, but the service remains inaccessible.
    • I was unaware previously of the restrictions regarding third-party wrappers/tools. I have completely removed and uninstalled all third-party integrations, revoked external OAuth tokens, and cleared all local credentials.
    • I strictly commit to following the Terms of Service going forward and will exclusively use official methods (or Google AI Studio API keys) for development.
  3. Request:
Could an engineer or community manager please help look into my account or manually review the status of my appeal?

Thank you very much for your time and assistance!

Update: It has been over a week since this issue occurred. I have already revoked all third-party credentials and submitted a formal support ticket with Google One (Case ID: 4-2643000042077).

Could a community manager or engineer please help escalate this case internally to Trust & Safety for manual review? As an active Pro subscriber, I’m currently unable to access the development features. Thank you!
