Appeal – Antigravity ban for unintentional ToS violation via Claude Code CLI (Pro subscriber, appeal form submitted 3x, no response)

Hello,

I am a Google AI Pro subscriber writing to appeal the suspension of my Antigravity account.

What happened:

Approximately 3 days ago, my account was banned after I used Claude Code CLI with an Antigravity proxy for approximately one hour — a single, brief session. I was completely unaware this violated Antigravity’s Terms of Service. My reasoning was straightforward: I have been using similar third-party integrations with GitHub Copilot for months without any issue, so I incorrectly assumed the same approach would be acceptable here. I was not trying to bypass any limits or gain unfair access — I genuinely believed this was a supported workflow.

Steps I have already taken:

  • I have submitted the official appeal form ( Appeal Form — Terms of Service suspension for Antigravity, Gemini CLI, and Gemini Code Assist ) 3 times over the past week
    • I have received zero response to any of these submissions
      • I have immediately removed all third-party tools and proxies
    • My situation:
      • I am a paying Google AI Pro subscriber
        • The ban also affected a second account (my wife’s), as we both used the tool briefly under the same misunderstanding
          • I have not used any third-party tools since learning this was a violation
            • I fully understand and accept that bypassing Antigravity’s OAuth with third-party tools violates the ToS, and I commit to never doing so again
          • I genuinely enjoy Antigravity and want to continue using it properly within the official guidelines. I have done everything asked of me through the official process, but the automated system does not seem to be processing my appeals.
        • Could someone from the team please manually review my case or help escalate my appeal?
      • @jackwotherspoon — I see you have helped others i@jackwotherspoon similar situations. Would you be able to assist?
    • Thank you very much.

Just register 10 new free accounts and abuse Free limits, that’s all they deserve. They do not care about paying customers.

Same here. When it is possible to authenticate, I naturally assume that it is allowed.

For me it was Pi coding agent. Had done something similar with OpenCode in the past, which worked without any issue.

Good luck getting a response from anyone human @arabsbook, for me it has been 20 days now.
