# App stuck in loading loop (Code Assistant) / Missing Chat History / Unable to save

Hi everyone,

I’m reporting a critical issue with one of my apps in Google AI Studio that started appearing following the recent service instabilities (as seen on the status page).

**The Issues:**

- **Infinite Loading:** The **“Code”** section of the assistant is stuck in an infinite loading loop.

- **Missing History:** My entire **Chat History** for this specific app has disappeared and no longer displays.

- **UI Lock:** I am unable to edit any settings or save any changes. The project seems completely “frozen” or corrupted.

**What I’ve tried so far:**

- Hard refresh (Clear cache & reload).

- Testing in Incognito/Private mode.

- Checking different browsers.

**Environment:**

- **Model:** Default (Gemini 3 Flash Preview)

- **Browser:** Brave, microsoft edge

It looks like the project metadata or session file might have been corrupted during the recent outage. Is there any way to recover the chat history or force-reset the editor for this app?

you’re not the only one. Everything is working bad on Studio.
