It appears that when submitting a job to the Gemini Batch API, it is counted only once under the “Total API Requests” chart, but never on any of the other usage charts.
No metrics are counted when the batch actually runs and completes, i.e. the Generate Content step.
Also, no entries are ever recorded under the “Logs and Datasets” tab for the completed batch.
Why not?
Can we please have the API charts and the Logs function enhanced to better support batch jobs?
