Antigravity Verification Required — Google verification always fails with no alternative verification method

Hello Google Antigravity Support Team,

I am unable to use Google Antigravity because it continuously shows:

"Verification Required"

"Please verify your account to continue using Antigravity."

This is not a normal Google account login problem. My Google account is already signed in and working normally on both my computer and mobile phone.

I followed the verification process provided by Antigravity. It redirected me to Google's QR-code verification page.

I scanned the QR code using my mobile phone, which is already signed in to the same Google account.

However, the verification process does not complete successfully.

Instead, Google displays the following error:

"We couldn't verify your information."

The page only provides a "Retry" button. It does not provide:

- an explanation of why the verification failed;
- another verification method;
- an option to provide additional information;
- an appeal or manual review option;
- a way to contact support from the verification page.

I have already checked the following:

- My Google account can be signed in normally.
- My computer and mobile phone are both signed in to the same Google account.
- The phone number is associated with the same Google account.
- My account meets the minimum age requirement.
- My Google account country/region is supported by Google Antigravity.
- I am using a personal @gmail.com Google account.
- The problem occurs specifically during the Antigravity verification/eligibility process.

After the verification attempt fails, Antigravity continues to show:

"Verification Required"
"Please verify your account to continue using Antigravity."

Environment:

- Windows
- Google Antigravity
- Personal Google account
- Google account already signed in on both PC and mobile
- QR-code verification performed using the same Google account

The important point is that I am not having a general Google account login problem. My Google account is accessible and functioning normally.

The problem is specifically that the verification required by Antigravity cannot be completed because Google's verification challenge returns:

"We couldn't verify your information."

There is no explanation for the failure and no alternative verification method or appeal option.

Could you please check the backend verification/eligibility status of my account?

In particular, could you please check:

1. Whether my account has been incorrectly flagged as requiring verification;
2. Why the Google verification challenge is failing despite the account being normally accessible;
3. Whether my account is stuck in a pending or failed verification state;
4. Whether the verification restriction can be manually reviewed or cleared;
5. Whether there is currently a known issue affecting Antigravity account verification.

I have attached screenshots showing both the Antigravity "Verification Required" error and the Google "We couldn't verify your information" error.

I would appreciate it if this could be investigated as an account verification/eligibility issue rather than a general Google account login issue.

This is a known issue where the Antigravity eligibility check gets out of sync with Google’s main account verification, trapping you in a loop where no alternative verification method is offered.

To resolve the issue locally, please try the following steps:

  1. Open your terminal and run agy logout to completely clear the broken authentication state.
  2. Run agy login to authenticate afresh.
  3. Restart your Antigravity IDE.

You should now be able to access your workspace without encountering the QR code verification loop. Please let me know if this fixes the issue!
