Antigravity stuck at outbound SMS device verification; carrier blocks international short-code

Hello Antigravity support team,

I’m trying to use Antigravity CLI 1.2.11 with my Google account: wa***@gmail.com.
My account has active Google AI Pro subscription provided by Jio India.

During eligibility check, it redirects to device phone verification flow, which requires my phone to send an outbound SMS to Google short‑code number.
However my mobile carrier blocks outbound SMS messages to international short‑codes, so I cannot finish this SMS sending step. There is no “Try another way” option on the verification page.

I have completed age verification, set United States address in Google Account, and use US‑based IP.
Could you please perform a manual account review and lift this device‑SMS verification requirement for my account? Alternative verification methods like TOTP / authenticator would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi @lizitong, Welcome to the Forum!

Here’s what I’d suggest:

  1. Use your real location. Turn off the US VPN or proxy and connect normally from India, ideally on your Jio mobile data or home Wi-Fi.
  2. Fix your country settings. Change your Google Account address back to India, and make sure the country shown at policies.google.com/terms is India.
  3. Wait, then retry. Give it a few hours to a day, then sign in to Antigravity CLI again. On a normal connection the check often passes without SMS, or offers a different option.
  4. If SMS is still required, try sending it from a different SIM or carrier, if you have one.

If none of that works, reply with the approximate time of your last attempt!
