I just tried it, and it started telling me that my account isn’t eligible for Gemini Code Assist for individuals. I’ve already been subscribed to Google AI Pro for almost a month now, and it’s been working fine the whole time.
I ran into the same issue. It turned out my account had an authentication-related restriction on it. What fixed it for me was signing in through the Antigravity CLI instead of the IDE. The login flow there cleared the restriction, and after that the IDE worked normally again.
It might be worth trying if you haven’t already. Hope this helps!
