Issue Description: I am a Google AI Pro subscriber, but I am currently experiencing a synchronization issue with my model quotas. While my Gemini models (3.1 Pro High/Low and 3 Flash) are correctly showing a 5-hour refresh cycle, other models including Claude Sonnet 4.6, Claude Opus 4.6, and GPT-OSS 120B have been locked with a weekly refresh timer (approx. 145 hours remaining).
Evidence: I have attached a screenshot showing the discrepancy between the Gemini models and the other models’ quota status. It appears my Pro subscription benefits are not being correctly applied to these specific models.
Requested Action: Please manually reset the 7-day lock on my account or re-sync my Pro subscription status to restore the standard 5-hour rolling refresh for all available models.

Subject: [URGENT] AG-859 Quota Reset Request - Plus Subscriber
Tier: Google AI Plus (Verified Active - Renewing April 17) Issue: Stuck in 167-hour “Free Tier” lockout loop. Local cache cleared, v1.19.6 rollback failed. AI Studio works fine. Request: Manual server-side quota baseline reset and entitlement re-sync.
Subject: Manual Quota Reset Request - Google AI Pro Subscriber (Bug AG-859)
Account Status: Google AI Pro (Active) Issue: Metadata Entitlement Sync Failure (AG-859). Baseline quota for Claude is stuck at 2 days/167 hours lockout despite active Pro subscription. Steps Taken: Cleared %APPDATA%, re-installed Antigravity, tested different IPs/VPNs. Issue persists in both Web and Desktop versions. Request: Please perform a manual Metadata Refresh/Entitlement Sync for my account so I can access the baseline Pro quota instead of being forced to use AI Credits.
