Antigravity login issue:Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity. Try signing in with another

  1. Old PC (Win10): Antigravity worked fine for days.
  2. New PC (Win11): Couldn’t log in.
  3. The issue: My old PC was still working, but I made the mistake of logging out (following an online fix). Now I’m locked out of both devices with the same error prompt you are seeing.

Posts on Reddit and X show that many users are encountering similar errors. They have been reporting this for quite some time but haven’t received any response

I have exactly the same issue. I tried to reinstall Antigravity, delete all cache, unlink the account. None of these fixes worked.

Tente limpar todos os caches do seu navegador, verifica se está atualizado o navegador, reinicie o Windows se precisar. Tente novamente. Nas suas contas Google verifique se está logado e aí vc desloga e tenta novamente.

O mesmo erro aparece no celular?

I have the same problem.

Same issue, I’m blocked

Same issue. Verified age too. Cannot use Antigravity with my Google AI Pro subscription

It’s ridiculous that this issue has been going on for over a month and there’s still no progress on this part. The problem is that it’s happening to so many paying users and it’s not being treated as important. All that’s been done are non-working instructions and reports to higher management.

Same here, I have reported by email and waited two week and no any response from Antigravity. It’s really disappointed!

I want to say that it’s a good thing I’m not the only one facing this problem, but frankly, it’s so irritating. I don’t understand the point of all this scheming. We paid for it, after all. It’s unacceptable.

it have been a month since first report, it just happened with me yesterday, i sent a bug report with detailed info as i can, i hope it can be solved quickly.

pathetic response by google. despite multi billion company they cant resolve single bug. Going back to cursor.

I am experiencing an issue while attempting to log in to the Antigravity platform.

When I try to log in via the browser, the authentication process appears to be successful and shows “Auth Success.” However, when I reopen the Antigravity application, I encounter the following error message:

“There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”

This issue occurs consistently and prevents me from accessing my account properly. I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the cause of this problem and providing a resolution.

I just started getting the same error. I was getting “Error Agent execution terminated due to error.” and the agent wouldn’t respond. I tried logging out and then couldn’t login again.

I keep getting “There was an unexpected issue setting up your account. Please try again later.”

I would appreciate help resolving this issue. Thanks
