Antigravity is returning HTTP 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED errors even though users still appear to have quota available

My Antigravity free-tier quota has refreshed and shows a full new weekly cycle, but every agent request still fails immediately with HTTP 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED. I restarted both Antigravity and my computer and the issue remains. Please check whether my account or backend routing is stuck.
