Antigravity Desktop is returning HTTP 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED for every
available model.

Environment:

  • Windows
  • Antigravity CLI: 1.1.27

Symptoms:

  • Desktop UI remains stuck on “Generating…”
  • Every desktop model fails:
    • Gemini 3.6 Flash High/Medium/Low
    • Gemini 3.1 Pro High/Low
    • Claude Sonnet 4.6
    • Claude Opus 4.6
    • GPT-OSS 120B
  • CLI works normally.
  • CLI can successfully use both Gemini and Claude models.
  • agy models successfully lists the available models.
  • /usage shows 100% remaining quota for the displayed limits.
  • Google API connectivity works.

Desktop language-server log:
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED (code 429):
Resource has been exhausted (e.g. check quota).

The planner retries multiple times and then reports:
“model unreachable: RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED (code 429)”

HTTP:
429 Too Many Requests

Status:
RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED

Timestamp:

The in-app Report a Bug/Feedback form also remains stuck loading.

Additional observation:
The desktop logs also contain local language-server TLS handshake errors
and “certificate has expired” during desktop health checks, although the
CLI continues to work.

Please investigate the desktop Antigravity planner/model gateway or
entitlement/routing path. The same account can successfully make model
requests through the Antigravity CLI.

how could we fix it?

Title: HTTP 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED on all models despite full quota (v1.23.2)

Hello Antigravity team,

Every prompt I send fails immediately with “Agent terminated due to error”
(HTTP 429 RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED). Settings > Models shows full quota on all
models. Switching to a different Google account did not help.

Could someone please review these trajectory IDs and check whether there
is an account-side quota, entitlement, or backend issue? Thank you.
