Antigravity IDE not recognizing my Gemini Pro subscription (Stuck on Free)

Hello,

I am facing an issue where Antigravity IDE does not recognize my Gemini Pro subscription. On my Google account page, it clearly shows that I have an active Pro subscription, but inside the IDE, I can only see and use the standard (Free) models.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked:

  1. Updated Antigravity IDE to the latest version.

  2. Logged out, cleared my browser cache, and logged back in using only the account with the active Pro subscription.

  3. Created completely new chat threads to reset the context.

It seems to be a synchronization issue between my subscription status and the IDE backend. Could someone from the support team look into this and manually refresh my account permissions?

You probably did this already, but isn’t in your comment: Did you log-out from with-in Antigravity?

I logged out and logged in dozens of times, and the error hasn’t been fixed for several days.

they had this exact same error around the time google io 2026 released the new ultra plan. many people that changed tiers during this time were stuck in other tiers on their backends. i had to nag to get compensated, and they only gave 2k credits for days of downtime.
