Antigravity IDE: “account not eligible / location can’t be determined” on workspace login, then personal account got disabled after troubleshooting

Hi support team,

I need help with a Google Antigravity IDE sign-in eligibility issue and a personal account disablement that happened during troubleshooting.

Problem:When signing in to Antigravity in the IDE with my workspace account, I get:“Your current account is not eligible for Antigravity, because we cannot determine your account’s location. Try signing in with another workspace Google account.”

What I tried:

Followed suggestions from this thread about the location/eligibility error:https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1ppxf1d/account_not_eligible_because_location_cant_be/→ Did not resolve it.

Followed this other thread (many users confirmed it worked) and installed a third-party “Antigravity Manager” tool that signs in with a personal account first, then switches to the workspace/pro account:https://www.reddit.com/r/google_antigravity/comments/1qbuwmn/fixed_my_antigravity_your_current_account_is_not/→ After adding accounts and switching, my personal Google account was disabled/banned.

I’ve stopped using the third-party tool and only want official remediation steps.

Request:

Why was my personal account disabled and how can it be reinstated/appealed?

Official steps to fix the workspace eligibility error (“location can’t be determined”) for Antigravity IDE login.

What diagnostics you need (timestamps, OS, IDE version, network region, screenshots, etc.).

Thanks,Zoki Zuan
