Antigravity form testing issue with NBI Appointment Form

Hi everyone,

I am testing a small project in Antigravity where I am trying to make a simple form flow for an NBI Appointment Form.

The problem I am facing is when I use the AI generated form structure, some fields are not behaving correctly. For example, when I select an appointment option, the next field sometimes not showing properly or the previous value is getting removed.

I also tried to make the form more simple for users, because many people applying for NBI Clearance are not very technical.

Has anyone faced similar issue with Antigravity when working with a multi-step form or dependent fields?

I am mainly looking for a simple way to keep the form values and make the appointment flow more reliable.

Yeah, I am also facing something similar with the NBI Appointment Form. When the appointment option changes, some of the next fields are not keeping the selected value. I think keeping the form state between steps can help, specially for users filling NBI Clearance appointment details. I will also try simplifying the fields and testing each step separately.
